The Waterfront Project followed a few important steps: first the website was built focusing on the Stay – Eat – Experience points of the customer journey, then the Southport Theatre had to be integrated in the existing website. We’ve added Spektrix for the ticket reservations so the customer would go from the events manager (page showing all events sorted by date) to the ticket reservation page (Spektrix). The process is seamless for the customer.
We’ve also focused on SEO to all pages and events, transfering the old site content to the new brand, achieving the interaction that Waterfront Southport expected for their customer journey.
