For this project, our challenge was to create a policy portal and claim management system that can synchronise with Proclaim and all work to be done as seamlessly as possible.

We’ve also added customisable dashboard that would help users add the charts that they need. Reports can be generated and invoices for both claims and policies.

We’ve worked well with our client’s team and found solutions for their needs, continuing to implement the best solutions to help them fulfil their tasks easily.

    Each user can customise their dashboard by adding the charts (choosing from the ones that are available) that are interested in or change the layout as needed.

    Proclaim - sync integration
    We’ve implemented a third-party integration for synchronising the claims and policies; it works both ways - if a claim is created in our system it synchronises with Proclaim and viceversa

    Weekly or monthly, invoices are automatically generated based on data available in the system.

    Managing the claims from creation to completion, including the ability to edit and notify customer. The system was continuously updated with any changes made in Proclaim.
